What is Mercurious?

Mercurious is the name of our team competing in the 2026 CanSat competition in Romania.

This competition challenges students to build a can-sized version of a real life satallite. Each team has to build a satellite that is capable of performing specific missions during flight.

This competition contains two missions.

In the primary mission, the satellite must collect air pressure and temperature data with the use of radio communication. The secondary mission, each team gets to pick their own creative experiment and they get to make it happen.

Our team's secondary mission is the comparison of outside sensors and inside sensors. We plan to achieve this by using a BME680 and BMP388 pair inside and outside.
